Roof Top Installations

Working with our local supply chain partners we provide an end to end service to our customers.


Where our customers opt to use our installation service we can provide an initial survey services followed by design of the system to project management, installation, testing and commissioning.


Our installation team will typically be comprised of a project manager, roofers and an electrician.


Our project managers are well trained and understand first-hand the technicalities of installation, allowing them to manage and supervise installation teams more effectively.

Solar As A Service: Commercial And Residential

At the core of our business model is the 4a’s, affordability, availability, accessibility and acceptance for solar. To achieve this, we offer solar as a service where our customers can opt to not invest in the full up front capital investment. This is offered in addition to the traditional capital investment model where customers pay cash for a complete installation.


Our solar as a service offering is targeted to both commercial and residential customers. In our pursuit of the 4a’s, we will also be piloting some non-traditional yet innovative financing options for our Residential customers.

  • Crowd Buying
    • We form a pool of customers, five or ten in each pool for a specified product type and size
    • Customers commit to paying instalments for an agreed period of time depending on the pool size
    • The total cost of the product is fixed from the onset and will be dictated by the pool size
    • The customer benefits from economies of scale as we are able to rationalise procurement and installation costs
    • This offers our customers savings in the region of 5% to 15% compared to the traditional individual cash model
    • The customer owns the asset outright under this option
    • Comes with all the legal measures to protect our customers interest

  • Asset Finance
    • Funding is provided by a selected bank following customer qualification/passing vetting by the bank
    • Customer pays a deposit to secure the product
    • Tyspo provides full installation and product warranty
    • Customer pays monthly installments to the bank under a finance agreement
    • Ownership remains with the financier until full payment has been made, then transfers to the customer

  • Livestock Model (Botswana Only)
    • We aim to pilot this unique model on a limited basis for our Botswana market only
    • Customers will have the option to acquire small products using livestock as a means of payment
    • Livestock value to a maximum of P3,250 per livestock
    • It will operate in the same way as the Crowd buying model through a customer pool approach
    • Offers similar benefits to the Crowd Buying model
